The QC Charge Coolant Delete prevents inevitable damage to Tesla Large Drive Units ("LDU", formerly the "570A" motor) from leaking rotor seals found in the Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Toyota Rav4 EV, and Mercedes B-Class.

This leaking coolant issue will short out the stator (field windings), seize and rust the rotor, and completely destroy the electronics in the inverter.

After rebuilding hundreds of these Tesla Large Drive Units ("LDU"), QC Charge has developed the Coolant Delete to permanently prevent the problem from ever occurring.  The QC Charge Coolant Delete works in the same way that Tesla adopted to address the same issue on LDUs in 2020. 

This "Coolant Delete Lite" is the same as the Coolant Delete Performance, but removes the option for oil cooling.

Importantly, the QC Charge Coolant Delete preserves the coolant line to allow for coolant to still reach the gear set and the inverter chiller plates.  Other options out there do not keep this important part of the cooling loop!
