  • Returns Eligibility

    • All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 

    • Items must be in new, unused condition, free from any signs of installation, wear, or damage. 

    • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation (if applicable) must be included. 

    • Custom-built or made-to-order items may not qualify for returns unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. 

    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return. 

    • Items showing signs of improper use, installation, or handling may be denied a refund, or additional fees may be assessed. 

  • Restocking Fee

    • Custom-Built Products: A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price applies to custom-built or made-to-order items eligible for return.

    • Standard Products: A flat restocking fee of $10 per item applies to non-customized items.

    • Exemptions: No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect item shipped).

    • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after we process the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team within the specified return period. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation email.

  • Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

  • Exclusions: Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions due to safety reasons, concerns, or manufacturer restrictions. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Include photos of the item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

In such cases, we may choose to assist to the best of our ability in any investigation or inquiries initiated by the carrier.

  2. Replacement for Lost or Damaged Items: In instances where items are lost or damaged during transit, a carrier investigation is required. Upon completion of the investigation, if necessary, we may decide to replace the lost or damaged item. However, please note that replacement is subject to the outcome of the investigation.

  3. Upgraded Shipping Method: Our company reserves the right to upgrade the shipping method chosen by the customer based on factors such as cost-effectiveness and packaging suitability.
