    • Electric shock, fire, explosion, or exposure to harmful chemicals.

    • Personal injury or death caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.

    • Damage to vehicles, equipment, property, or other unintended consequences.

    By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that these risks exist, even when products are used as intended.

  2. Experimental and Specialized Nature of Products
    Some products sold by Westside EV are experimental or intended for highly specialized applications. These products may not be fully tested, certified, or compliant with certain regulations, and their use may involve unforeseen issues, failures, or incompatibilities with your vehicle or equipment.

  3. Assumption of Responsibility
    By purchasing and using any product, you accept full responsibility for:

    • Ensuring the proper installation and use of the product in accordance with all applicable safety standards and guidelines.

    • Verifying compatibility with your vehicle or project.

    • Adhering to all local laws, regulations, and ordinances related to vehicle modifications and road use.

  4. Disclaimer of Liability
    Westside EV and its affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be held liable for:

    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

    • Any injury, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, property, or equipment resulting from accidents, failures, or improper usage.

    • Any legal or regulatory non-compliance arising from your vehicle modifications.

  5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westside EV and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products.

  6. "Use at Your Own Risk" Policy
    By purchasing and using our products, you agree to do so at your own risk, understanding that no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) are provided, except as explicitly stated.
